24 hours cancellation / Reschedule policy

If you cancel or change your lesson within 24 hours you will need to pay the full fee for that lesson (emergencies considered on a case-by-case basis). I am dedicate time to lessons whether they are attended or not so we feel it is important that they are remunerated for that time. We therefore appreciate you giving us more than 24 hours notice to allow us enough time to offer your lesson to another student who may be on the waiting list if you are unable to attend.

• Sickness

  We want every student to be healthy, But If you feel unwell or have a sore throat, please contact me. However, it is also your responsibility to take care of your health and throat.

• Traffic

  If you arrive late for the lesson due to a traffic jam or a delay in public transportation, you are also responsible for this.

• Emercency

  I understand that sudden situations can happen. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible.

Punctality

Lessons will start and end at the specified times. Lessons will not be extended due to lateness. If regular tardiness becomes an issue, we reserve the right to make the student's lesson time available to others. If you want to extend the time further, you will have to pay an additional fee.

Upfront payment policy

To prevent no-show or cancellation, I am proceeding with the upfront payment method. I would appreciate it if you could understand that booking is completed after pre-payment. your time isn't guaranteed until you made your payment.

The waiting for the reservation can be held until 3 days before the payment. So please make the payment within 2-3 days. Otherwise, It will be opened to other student can take the spot. But if you need longer time than that (due to payday or other reason), please let me know. I will hold it for you.

once I receive your payment, I will send you an email confirming your booking. Please understand your reservation time is able to be booked by other students if you don't make the payment yet.

Refund

Refunds are not available for completed lessons. If you have already used 20% of the package and request a refund for the remaining sessions, the refund will be calculated at the standard lesson rate (without the package discount).

Sunday & Public holiday surcharges

There will be a 10% additional charge for Sunday & Public holiday reservations. However, students who purchase packages will not be eligible because they have already paid for all of them.
